Our pricing model is based on set fees we quote up front, and we always do as much as we can within the client budget, usually also established up front.

Our end fees are usually based around a fixed cost investment up front, but often then become a "Pay-as-you-go" service, with an ongoing relationship with the client.

We are always up front about our prices, and our clients never find they have hidden charges to pay, or do not understand what the charges are for. Honesty is extremely important to us.

Most importantly, we are affordable and flexible, which makes us attractive to smaller companies, and those companies embarking on the unknown area of online strategy for the first time.

If you wish to discuss any ideas then we want to hear from you. It may be something viable, and it may not, but we have a policy of honesty and will give you advice should you ask for it.

Most of our fees are based around consultation, and this is the area that can be difficult to predict up front.

Typically we charge by the hour for consultation, and that fee depends largely on the level of skill required for that client. For instance, a client wishing nothing more than somewhere to host a website and some email will incur zero consultancy charges, as this one of our standard offerings. However, a client wishing to implement an enterprise application will incur consultancy costs.

We do not charge for introductory discussions regarding a potential new project, so we would encourage you to contact us and discuss your ideas. We also don't charge more if we bring more people to the party, or for phone calls, as some larger consultancies do.

Factors that are used when quoting for consultancy are:

• 01.Is this consultancy around provisioning a standard offering, such as hosting or email?
• 02.Is some bespoke server-side application involved? If so, how complicated is it?
• 03.Is this work to be part of an ongoing relationship, in which case some part of the consultancy work may be absorbed into a longer term pricing scheme.

  From £45 per application, per year, including unlimited traffic

• Java Hosting:

  From £20 per month - call to discuss your requirements

• Domain Names:

  £2.95 per annum for .co.uk domains, £5.95 per annum for .org / .com domains - call to discuss requirements
